Mesa Fence Rental is an independent temporary fencing service for Mesa and the East Valley: construction site fencing, event perimeters, barricades, and pool barriers built to code. We publish typical prices and the local rules that change a fence job, we do the install, and we quote you directly.

Why we stick to the East Valley

Temporary fencing is a logistics business: the yard that is twenty minutes from your site can move a fence line faster than one across the metro. So we stay inside a tight radius, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, East Mesa, and Apache Junction, and stay specific about it.

That specificity is the useful part. A site off Signal Butte Road in the Gateway corridor needs windscreen for Rule 310 dust control and gates wide enough for belly dumps. Downtown Mesa infill jobs live and die on right-of-way logistics along the light rail line. Mesa’s pool code wants 60-inch construction fencing standing from excavation day, not “sometime this week.” Those are the questions we raise on every quote, and worth raising with anyone else you are comparing.

What to expect, and what to ask

Typical pricing, published. The pricing page lists real ranges: per foot, per panel, delivery. They are ranges, not a quote, so hold every bid up against them.

Arizona-spec ballast. Sandbag-weighted bases sized for monsoon outflow winds, bracing on long runs, and a plan for when windscreen should come down for the season. Ask us what ballast spec we would use for your layout; a fence that blows over onto a parked truck is worse than no fence.

Contract terms in writing. Month-to-month billing is common on construction rentals and flat packages on events. Ask whether the agreement auto-renews and how pickup is scheduled when you are done.

Straight talk on compliance. Pool barrier law, county dust rules, city right-of-way: the pages here say what applies in plain English. We are a fence service, not a law firm, so confirm the details with the inspector in Mesa or Maricopa County who will sign off on your site.
